They can carry out Job Approvals (based on job costing etc.), manage worker timesheets, and view the current GPS location and status of their workers on a map. Performance Management can also be configured to automatically update supervisors when their attention is required; for example, when a worker hasn’t signed in by 9AM, a job has exceeded its SLA, a worker has left their geo-fence etc.
