Job Manager Mobile provides workers of all trades (plumbers, electricians, carpenters etc.) with their jobs directly to a PDA or Smartphone device; either one at a time, or in bulk. It also incorporates a range of other features built into the solution workflow including; worker timesheets, iTracker, customisable vehicle checks, and a range of H&S forms (Gas Safety,
Electrical Safety, RCD Test, etc.)

Meanwhile, Job Manager Server allows supervisors in the office
to monitor the progression of jobs being carried out in the field and ensure work is done on time and on budget. They can carry out Job Approvals (based on job costing etc.), manage worker timesheets, and view the current GPS location and status of their workers on a map. Performance Management can also be configured to automatically update supervisors when their attention is required; for example, when a worker hasn’t signed in by 9AM, a job has exceeded its SLA, a worker has left their geo-fence etc.
