Within Kirona's technology platform are a number of tools which enable us to rapidly develop and implement Field Force Automation (FFA) applications, either through partnerships with back-office vendors and network operators, through "off-the-shelf" Cloud deployed applications, or through bespoke developments.

iPortal
A technology which allows a FFA user interface to be rapidly developed – combining content and data from a vast array of disparate data sources, but presented in a single, user-configurable design.

iScript
This technology allows for mobile business functions to modelled, built and implemented as dynamically defined scripts (workflow). For example, a complex paper form can be modelled as a series of sections and questions – with logical dependencies and controls and then presented as a data capture application on a mobile device. The captured data can then be fed automatically into multiple back-office systems as required.

eDocs
The Kirona eDocs tool enterprise component provides mobile officers with a valuable access point to view and upload new images and documents from an organisation's office Electronic Document Management (EDM) system directly relevant to the mobile process. Whilst simple to use the solution is enormously effective facilitating a significantly improved workflow for the service area.
