ReGS Software Solution
The ReGS Intelligent Mobile System has unique components to manage the mobile workforce and gives front line staff real time access to key information from different back office databases.
The system provides unique workflow tools to support officers in the field, supporting a range of detailed inspection processes and the professionalism of the officers. The requirements and design are customer driven and each implementation allows the customer to tailor the solution to their specific needs for each business process.
The ReGS system should not be confused with simple screen scraping solutions, it delivers a whole host of end to end capabilities for driving maximum efficiency savings and service improvements. It is also part of a Corporate Intelligent Mobile platform that is already used by over 100 Local Authorities, spanning numerous service areas e.g. Revenues, Benefits, Housing, Social Care.

Transformational Outcomes
Professional officers can often spend less than half of their time actually undertaking inspections, with repetitive administrative tasks and double handling of inspection data limiting their productivity. ReGS is a real time mobile technology solution, which integrates remotely with the back office, officers now enjoy greater freedom and be able to spend more time with businesses and citizens advising, enforcing and educating. It also drives shared service delivery and joined up working. Significant annual savings are available by enabling officers to perform efficiently with less time wasted on administration and needless travel and a reduction in accomodation requirements.
