A success built on partnerships
Android OS and Kirona
Android OS and Kirona

Gartner predict Android OS to dominate the market. Is it right for your business?

How we work

Kirona is an innovative software company, focused on delivering the highest quality Field Force Automation solutions.

Clearly, we believe our products are unique but it is our business approach and engagement with our customers that really sets us apart from traditional software companies. We fundamentally do not believe that quality software alone is good enough. What counts for us is that our customers realise the potential of their investment in Kirona technologies.

To ensure you receive a Field Force Automation solution that's perfect for you needs, we have developed a tried and tested method with the below milestones:

How we work

Discovery
Our first goal is to fully understand each client's business; the pain points and the objectives. We then carry out an "As is" analysis and decide how this can be improved with Kirona's solutions and model the "To be" working process.

Solution Design
Once the "To be" model has been established, Kirona then begins the technical design phase. This entails understanding how our Field Force Automation applications can be implemented into the client's infrastructure. This process results in Kirona producing a Technical Design Document (TDD) for client sign off before progressing.

Configuration
Once the client has approved the TDD, we then begin the process of configuring our applications to their business process. This includes integration work with the clients existing software systems.

Implementation
Once the applications have been configured to the client's requirements, they are then implemented. Depending on the software model chosen, the implementation process can range from installation onto the client's network through to hosting the client application on the Kirona Private Cloud and then setting up customer access.

Training
Once the software is installed and ready for use, Kirona's customer services team commence user training. Training workshops are usually carried out for end users, or in a "train-the-trainer" format. End users typically require a one day training course. Refresher courses can be arranged as required.

Go Live and Support
Once training is complete, the client is ready to 'Go Live' with their Kirona Field Force Automation solution. Kirona's dedicated customer services team help throughout the Go Live process and then provide ongoing support for the life of the project.
