Real-time visibility of your workforce's current and historic locations.

Kirona’s iTracker silently records the GPS location of a mobile device (PDA, Smartphone etc.) several times a minute and then transmits this location data over the mobile phone network periodically (typically every minute). When used in conjunction with Kirona's Job Manager product, iTracker can also be used for active tracking; recording the GPS locations of events carried out by a mobile worker e.g. the location of a completed job, the GPS location of an photograph taken (for evidence purposes). This information is then visible to approved staff in text or on a map via Kirona’s web based application.
 
Along with the standard real-time tracking, iTracker can also utilise ‘geofencing’ rules to monitor the movement of assets and notifying staff members when assets are stationary for a period of time or move outside a specific geographic area. This allows the organisation to mitigate the risks of “man down” or stolen device scenarios where the worker hasn’t been able to activate an alarm.
 
iTracker can be used as a stand alone tool or with Kirona sister products such as iScheduler and Job Manager. With iScheduler, the GPS data is used to locate the nearest worker to jobs. When used in conjunction with Job Manager and its panic alarm feature, the operatives location to office staff is displayed when their alarm has been activated – or when they have been stationary for a long period of time indicating a possible “man down” scenario.
