Kirona's Performance Management solution is an automated business intelligence tool that monitors a service's performance in real-time and raises alerts when things are untoward. It allows management to focus their time on other activities in the knowledge that should their attention be needed, the software will make them aware of it.

The Performance Management solution is a business intelligence overlay for an organisation's software applications; both Kirona's and third party back office systems and CRMs. 

Once pre-configured to monitor the events taking place in the various applications, the Performance Manager automatically notifies specified personnel via SMS and email when key performance actions are triggered. For example:

• Remote worker is not logged on to the mobile application by 9am
• Mobile worker has left their geo-fence   
• The average job completion is taking 15% longer this week
• A hotspot cluster of emergency calls is appearing
