Social Housing

Kirona has helped Social Housing providers and Registered Social Landlords (RSL) across the UK increase the number of customer visits they can carry out with their existing workforce, and reduce the “turn-around time” for individual visits and service requests.

We have helped organisations achieve this through the adoption of our Field Force Automation (FFA) Housing  solution which incorporates numerous business processes including:
  • Contractors
  • Property Services
  • Repairs
  • Estate Management
  • Tenancy Visits
  • Customer Services (ASB and complaints)
  • Rents and Arrears Management
  • Applications, Allocations and Homelessness
  • Void Management
Product Overview
Kirona's mobile solution for Social Housing utilises our Job Manager product, which enables officers in both the office and in the field to view all tenant and property information in a single housing portal screen. Officers in the field, through a mobile device (usually a PDA, Tablet PC or Notebook) are able to view and update the necessary information covering a wide area of business related activities from creating a repair request to completing an application form or carrying out a full property and tenant audit visit.

Housing information is quickly captured via the software and this is then sent over the mobile network to automatically update relevant office systems. In this way, no time is spent re-keying paperwork into office systems and officers don’t need to travel into the office to drop-off work. This provides each officer with more time to carry out more visits.
