Product Overview
FFA for Social Care uses Kirona's Job Manager product, which allows officers to view their case details through a mobile device (usually a Tablet PC or Notebook) and to see a complete history of case and any associated electronic documents linked to the case using the mobile document management functionality. This ensures officers always have the necessary information to hand to complete their assessment in a single visit.
Assessment and case information is quickly captured via the software and this is then sent over the mobile network to automatically update relevant office systems. In this way, no time is spent re-keying paperwork into office systems and officers don’t need to travel into the office to drop-off work or pick-up case files. This provides each officer with full maximisation of client facing time by reducing the administration burden placed on workers and improves the accuracy of data significantly.
In addition to the core solution, Kirona's iSafeguard product provides total lone worker protection with the incorporation of panic alarms and expiry timers, with real-time worker locations provided by iTracker. iScheduler also gives organisations the option to schedule case visits more efficiently.
