Product Overview
FFA for Street Scene is provided using Kirona's Job Manager product, which enables officers to view their service requests or worksheets through a mobile device (usually a PDA or Notebook) and to see a complete history of that service request or job sheet. This ensures they always have the necessary information to hand to complete their job in a single visit and if they don’t, they can carry out a search at the click of a button.
Service Request or Worksheet information is quickly captured via the software and this is then sent over the mobile network to automatically update relevant office systems. In this way, no time is spent re-keying paperwork into office systems and officers don’t need to travel into the office to drop-off work or pick-up paper job tickets. This provides each officer with free time to carry out more jobs and also to be more responsive to new street scene issues, which can be created immediately by the officer via the mobile device to subsequently update the office systems. The use of Job Manager and iScheduler ensures that all requests or worksheets are allocated to the correct officer or team and this improves customer satisfaction and turn-around time times for complaints.
