Product Overview
FFA for Waste Management is provided using Kirona's Job Manager product. Job Manager enables organisations to handle enquiries, performance, and management of rounds and inspections in a quick and efficient manner through a combination of vehicle tracking (using iTracker) and improved communication. Usually via ‘CAB’ mounted devices and PDA’s, crews are able to view their rounds and additional information on assisted collections and kerbside exceptions.
The mobile solution enables officers at the touch of the screen to record why and where any exceptions have occurred which updates the office systems immediately providing real time information for customer enquiries and reducing the need to key paper records back into the system.
