Intelligent Scripting

Kirona’s intelligent scripting facility is Kirona's main method for enabling users to capture data in a mobile working environment. The intelligent script displays information that already exists about a job (property, liable parties, job description etc.). This information is extracted in real time from the back office system, and automatically populates onto the script screen where applicable. 

The script then uses a generic question based interface, which prompts users for information and guides them through the data capure process. Any new data captured by a user is sent in real time and updates the back office system immediately.
