Intelligent Job Allocation
Kirona’s scheduler enables organisations to model their mobile field workforce individuals and team hierarchies. Skills, working hours and geographical patches that individuals operate in are all recorded against each remote worker.
The Scheduling engine is also rules based and can be configured to undertake static or dynamic rules based scheduling. It takes into account mobile field worker skills, regions, service levels, commitment constraints, etc. to ensure that jobs are allocated automatically to the most suitable person.
Real Time Communication
Scheduled jobs are delivered to the mobile workforce via the dashboard in real-time. Each remote worker signs onto the dashboard and gets a view of their calendar and any jobs that have been assigned to them.
Via the dashboard remote workers can accept jobs that have been scheduled for them and then update the status of the jobs (which in turn updates the back office when running in integrated mode). The user is able to update the system to indicate that they are travelling to the job, could not gain access or are on-site completing the job.
Remote users can also use the dashboard to call up a map of the location that the job as well as capturing supporting evidence (photographs) when at the location.
Finally the remote worker dashboard allows users to edit and then submit their weekly flexi time records / timesheets as well as their mileage / expenses report.
