Background

A system for the management of processes carried out by concierge / charge hand / caretaker staff. Can be integrated tightly with a housing back office system or used standalone. Work programme tasks can be loaded from legacy systems or paper based solutions to drive the mobile diary for operatives. The ability to record variations due to anti social behaviour and other un-planned events is a key feature of the system.
