What is is?
Through the adoption of our Job Manager and iScheduler products, Kirona can provide organisations with a solution to many work allocation and management headaches. 

Job Manager assists staff in handling the complete lifecycle of a job; from its creation at contact point through to its allocation in the office and completion by a worker. These jobs can either be created in Job Manager itself or pulled in from third party systems such as a corporate CRM, ERP, or Helpdesk. Once jobs are ready to be assigned to the workforce, users can do so manually or use iScheduler to optimally allocate jobs. iScheduler matches the attributes of jobs with the workers, and can schedule hundreds of jobs in seconds, not the hours and days it often takes a human planner. iScheduler does not make errors like humans and allocates work more efficiently to reduce travel time between jobs.

As both Job Manager and iScheduler are real-time tools that immediately display diaries and slots / times available for workers to complete jobs, they are excellent for situations where immediate feedback is needed (i.e. when a customer may be on the phone).
