What is it?
Kirona’s Mobile Solution for Service and Repair uses Kirona's Job Manager product, but configured for the unique working practices of organisations carrying out Field Service and Repairs. Job Manager is split into two key components; office and mobile.
In the office, Job Manager is a fully integrated software solution that allows users to see and manage all of the jobs the organisation is undertaking. It is either used as a stand alone back-office system, or integrates with your existing software applications, CRMs or websites. The incorporated Job Scheduling technology ensures work is then optimally allocated to the workforce, yet is a much less time intensive way for planners.
For the mobile worker, Job Manager allows them to view their work on their mobile device in real-time. Comprehensive job details and history are provided to them, and your organisation's configured workflow takes them through the various processes of the job. The Service or Repair job details are then recorded electronically on their mobile device to be uploaded wirelessly into your office system, along with any materials used, photos taken, and signatures acquired.
