Kirona’s intelligent scripting facility is a generic question based interface which guides users through any relevant process, for example this could be a benefits new claim visit or interventions visit, a council tax inspection visit, a rent arrears interview with a tenant etc. The intelligent script guides a user through a question based interface which includes viewing information that already exists about the property, liable parties, claimants, tenants etc. This information is extracted in real time from the back office system, and automatically populates onto the e-script screen where applicable. Any new data captured by a user is sent in real time and updates the back office system immediately.
