Motile EDM
Background
An existing Electronic Document Management (EDM) system will organise and store scanned documents from various sources. The products are designed to accept the output of a scanning station and upload the images with the correct indexing tags for later retrieval based on searches against the tags.
Overview of the product
• Allows staff via a mobile device to submit queries against the back office EDM and view the lists of documents stored for a particular request e.g. all intervention forms and any evidence for claim reference 716160 held since 2001.
• Allows staff to select a document or image and download the image to the mobile device for viewing
• Allows staff to upload generated documents or newly captured images (hand scanner or digital camera) and upload these directly in real time straight into the back office EDM system
