Through our experiences in the Housing Benefit financial assessment area, we have been engaged to develop specific Social Services intelligent question based scripting resulting in automated generation of pre-populated electronic assessment document. This is available as a hosted service either standalone or for integration with existing back office database systems. It is also a key component of the generic financial assessment system which drives benefits take-up and joined up working.
