As part of our high profile work with RSL's, Local Council Housing and Public Protection departments we have delivered a number of innovative solutions to help our customers in this important and challenging area. Due to demand from our existing customers a decision was taken to pull together the separate components and create a unique ASB Case management system. The key themes of the solution centre around strong case management meeting the RESPECT standards and HOUSEMARK benchmarking. Mutli agency working is at the heart of the solution as is mobile and flexible working.

  • Designed for multi agency collaboration and data sharing

  • Record real time data about incidents, occurrences and complaints directly into the back office systems from mobile devices.
  • Capture and upload digital photographs in real time.
  • Record GPS positions in the database for Assets / Incidents.
  • Display GPS positions on GIS maps, both back at the office and on mobile maps in the field.
  • Hot spot and clustering shown on office and mobile maps
  • Implement remote worker safety through GPS and SMS alerts based on status and panic alarms.
  • Schedule work and resources using Motile Dashboard calendars, tasks and proactive alerts.
  • Provide document and data sharing for remote staff at different locations via Dashboard
  • Use any device; PDA, tablet PC, laptop, office PC and smartphones

CRM integration and other existing back office system integration e.g. housing, & public protection is available as a standard component of the solution, or equally it can be run as a standalone system with its own Oracle database. In addition it can either be provided on a low cost hosted subscription basis or installed on customer equipment at their offices.
