We are looking for a highly organised Marketing Co-ordinator, to join the marketing team within Kirona; a leading field service management B2B technology business. The role is to assist with the implementation of the strategic marketing plan.

Primary Purpose

Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator develops and implements the Company’s advertising, marketing, and communications programs regarding its leading field service management technology, in order to build brand awareness, increase sales and ensure clear communications. Additionally, the Marketing Coordinator supports all internal communication initiatives and events and assists with the management of the Kirona User Group.


Essential Functions

Media and Advertising

  • Assist in the development of all strategic and tactical marketing initiatives and plans.
  • Assist with conception and write branded advertising campaigns, white papers and other technical content.
  • Investigate new media opportunities (print, events, digital, advertorials).
  • Develop and maintain internal communication systems (newsletters, emails, corporate announcements).
  • Manage corporate email signatures and mini signature campaigns.
  • Create, maintain and strengthen Kirona’s overall brand in all forms of media.
  • Manage third party suppliers such as printers.
  • Manage the content of the Kirona websites. our
  • Write, execute, and deploy email marketing campaigns and web content.
  • Review web analytics and AdWords campaigns on an ongoing basis and generate monthly reports regarding site traffic.



  • Coordinate and organise all tradeshow arrangements
  • Provide support during customer visits and external audits by preparing conference rooms.


Business Development

  • Assist with incoming enquiries when required.


Additional Duties

  • Perform other related duties, as assigned.

Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales representative, you play a fundamental role in supporting Kirona’s revenue growth objectives. You provide the offering of knowledge about Kirona services to customers, partners and industry bodies; share industry trends/pipeline information across your colleagues; develop your personal expertise and sales acumen to identify and qualify revenue opportunities from new; proactively manage the selling process and seek to close sales across our target market sectors. In a short period of time, you will build your own network of relationships with senior decision makers in your customer base and turn them into repeat customers and advocates of Kirona’s solutions and brand.  A natural progression into a field sales rep is a clear possibility.

This varied role will suit a candidate who has experience of working in a sales quota and commission based role, a thriving team environment and a passion for helping customers.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Achieve required sales targets quarterly, under an annual sales plan
  • Deliver against defined KPIs and personal objectives
  • Create new customer leads within both existing and new business customers and arrange field sales customer meetings;
  • Create new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and – but not limited to – social, phone calls, email, mailings and meetings.
  • Engage actively in Cross-sell & Up-sell sales activities which drive incremental Kirona solution adoption amongst the existing Kirona customer base.
  • Increase pipeline through demand generation and targeted campaigns
  • Work closely with and support the field sales force in particular when they are on the road.
  • Assist with Sales tender response/quote creation/submission as required;
  • Answer inbound pre-sales calls and e-mails and proactively promote product range;
  • Inform and educate distributors and channel partners of new products and developments;
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements
  • Maintain and update the company’s sales contact database, and work with the sales team to obtain business cards for input into the database;
  • Continually develop personal knowledge of Kirona’s solutions to ensure up to date and accurate information is provided to customers;
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with Kirona internal teams to determine the best solution fit for your customer’s needs.
  • Develop long-term business relationships with customer executives and key decision makers
  • Manage the overall relationship in identified accounts to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team and management on sales and marketing strategy
  • Assist in answering customer queries in advance of Kirona events
  • Occasionally represent at tradeshows and other business events
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Update leads and opportunities within Microsoft Dynamics to ensure accurate forecasts as well as contributing to sales team meetings and calls.
  • Provide reports in a timely fashion as required by the Sales and Marketing Directors


Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Educated to degree/college level
  • 2+ years of inside sales with a proven track record of achieving quota
  • Previous experience of working in the IT industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and engagement manner
  • You are fluent in the English Language
  • You are a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible follow-up and unsolicited calling into multiple executive levels within an organization
  • You can build trust easily with prospects, nurture leads and identify relevant follow-up activities aligned to a customer’s buying cycle
  • You are experienced in pre-campaign planning, call structure, opportunity qualification, objection handling and writing up key call information
  • You can pick up new sales methodologies and ensure field sales reps have a clear understanding of customers issues and requirements
  • You can qualify and respond to tenders and ensure an efficient hand over to field pre-sales
  • You will have excellent time and territory management skills
  • You have a consistent track record of entering and maintaining information in an automated CRM system
  • You are a team player with the ability to work within our high-energy sales team environment and have a willingness to collaborate across departments within the team for broader success.
  • You have excellent phone, listening and writing skills and to ensure customer interest and satisfaction, also with the wider Kirona team
  • You can handle multiple tasks at once and respond to changing priorities as they arise

  • Up to £30K OTE (of which 80% is basic and 20% is commission)
