Incommunities partner with Kirona

Incommunities have chosen to partner with leading field service management software providers Kirona, in order to deliver an ambitious program of transformation. Following a housing stock transfer from Bradford council in 2003, Incommunities are one of the largest providers of Social Housing in the UK providing around 22,000 homes and offering services to around 50,000 customers.

Paul Knight, Head of Repairs and Maintenance at Incommunities stated ‘In order to meet our vision of improving the lives of our customers, we need to ensure that as an organisation we are able to build sustainable communities through delivering a profit for a purpose, and work with like-minded partners such as Kirona to deliver commercially viable and socially responsible solutions for the people and communities we serve’.

Incommunities will be working closely with Kirona, implementing their scheduling and mobile platform to ensure that a range of services can be delivered efficiently throughout the organisation, not only within Kirona’s traditional area of expertise; responsive repairs but also across areas of Estate Management, Housing Services and Compliance as well as services delivered by external contractors.

Paul Knight explained “We were well aware of Kirona’s track record within the housing repairs sector but also took notice of their wider experience across industries outside of housing. We are keen to work together to build a platform that allows our customers full access to an efficient workforce, irrespective of their needs, changing the way our customers can interact with us.
